Harthill Diamond made it two novice wins on the trot at Somerford Park, with a copybook performance and dressage score completion. He beat stable-mate Gortglas Crazy Love into second place in the process, after the latter rolled a pole in the show jumping.

Despite a dressage score finish of 22.5 DHI Okey Cokey had to settle for 3rd place in his novice section, Tregilder also in the novice ribbons.

At open intermediate level both Red Andes Fanfare and Fenyas Elegance picked up 3rd placings, with Dromgurrihy Blue – who starts as number 1 at Burghley next week – collecting a 4th and LCC Cooley a 9th.

Oliver also had 4 rides in the CIC2*; Cooley SRS kept a clean sheet to finish 3rd, just ahead of Sandiman II in 4th. Both Ridire Dorcha and Peruising jumped double clear but Oliver took them very steady across country.

Finally, and with another clean sheet, Shearwater Sportsfield took 6th in the CIC1*, out of over 120 starters.

Oliver now leads the 2015 rider rankings by almost 200 points.
