Oliver Townend (GBR) riding Dromgurrihy BlueDromgurrihy Blue gave Oliver a comfortable win in the CIC3*, adding just two time penalties to his first phase score, while a rail down put ODT Ghareeb 4th in the same section. Samuel Thomas was a little further down the order after an expensive show jumping round.

Note Worthy and Ulises were both in the CIC2* ribbons, Note Worthy finishing on his dressage score in 3rd place, and Ulises 8th with a rail down. This was Oliver’s first run on Ulises, who was previously campaigned by Andrew Nicholson.

Colonel Joe also went well in the CIC2* to finish 16th, and Fernhill Ultimate jumped a double clear but Oliver took him slowly across country which dropped the pair down the order.
