Oliver had a very busy three days at Aston-le-Walls. Master Class Ramiro, Ballycapple Cooley and Cooley and Co were making the step up to novice so whilst there were no prizes on day one there was lots learnt – another step in the horses education.

Next up were the intermediates and both Miss Cooley and Arklow Puissance finished on their dressage scores, with another win for Miss Cooley and 4th for the ever consistent Arklow Puissance. Patrickswell Scorpion, a new ride for Oliver, jumped a great clear cross country at his first attempt at the level to finish 10th.

Finally, Clifton Signature and Newmarket Caro took 3rd and 9th places respectively in their open intermediate sections, both finishing on their dressage scores, while Dreamliner had a quiet run and Ulises was withdrawn before cross country in the Advanced.
