In a repeat of last year, Oliver finished best of the Brits in the CCI3* at Saumur. This time it was Cillnabradden Evo who climbed from 7th place after dressage up to 5th with a solid double clear. Interestingly the judge at C marked ‘Gary’s test in 4th place and the judge at B marked it 6th best, but the judge at H was less keen with a 14th.
ODT Ghareeb wasn’t far behind his stable mate, taking 8th place, a fast cross country moving him up the leaderboard before two rails down dropped him back a bit.
