Oliver took a lorry load of horses to Burnham Market but only one of the five ran across country. Trevillick and Finley du Loir both did excellent dressage tests in the open intermediate, as did En Taro des Vernier in an intermediate.
With four out of five show jumping clears, it was Hathaway Whole Lotta Love who got the cross country spin in the scorching weather.
She made it worthwhile, winning the open intermediate after adding just 0.4 of a time penalty to her 28.9 dressage score.
