Dunbeau and Sandiman II were contesting the CCI3* at Blenheim, both horses posting solid dressage scores with Dunbeau having the advantage.
Unfortunately both picked up 20 penalties on course, Dunbeau at the 12th, the lake crossing, and Sandiman right at the end of the track when in line for a clear inside the time.
Clear on the final day in the show jumping Sandiman slipped ahead of his stable mate who rolled a single pole, both horses finishing mid-field.
Meanwhile Cooley SRS was running in the CIC3* 8/9 year old Championships. A good dressage test, one rail down show jumping and a steady cross country clear left them a creditable 29th in a big field.
