Oliver Townend, Riding Red Andes Fanfare

Red Andes Fanfare © Trevor Holt

Aske has long been a favourite event for Oliver, and no surprise there; it is invariably a happy hunting ground. From his five rides this fixture he collected two wins, two runner up spots and a third place.

His wins came from either end of the spectrum, with Harthill Olympic taking a BE100 on a dressage score completion, and Red Andes Fanfare claiming the OI, ahead of stable mate Note Worthy.

Both Crackenthorpe Valentino and Tregilder also added nothing to their first phase scores for BE100 2nd & 3rd places respectively.
