Sixth after the dressage, a clear cross country round inside the optimum time moved Oliver and Black Tie up into third place going into the final phase.
The show jumping was hugely influential, and unfortunately rails down dropped the pair down the order to 11th place – but luckily still in the money!
Neo du Breuil also did a good dressage and stormed around the cross country – inside the time despite picking up 20 penalties at fence 15. He finished just outside the top 20.
